Vertosa was founded by Dr. Harold Han and Ben Larson in 2018 in a closet-sized lab Ben built by hand. Since then, we've grown into a 10,000 sq ft GMP-certified facility thanks to our incredible team, our partners, and our community.

We're proud to have developed emulsion that is shelf-stable for up to one year when refrigerated. Once infused, our emulsion assumes the shelf life of the final product.

Yes, Vertosa offers toll processing services for your cannabinoids, including distillate, resin, and rosin. We can transform them into a water-stable emulsion, enabling seamless infusion into a variety of products.

The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) legalized hemp federally. It defines hemp as any part of a Cannabis sativa L. plant with a concentration of <0.3% of D9-THC on a dry weight basis. Hemp-derived THC is obtained by chemically converting hemp or distilling its waste (mother liquor) into THC, allowing for transportation of these "hemp-derived" products across state lines and for production in a much wider selection of markets than traditional, regulated cannabis.

The safety of hemp-derived THC products is dependent on many factors and the purity of inputs can range widely. This is why it's important to choose a trustworthy partner and supplier. At Vertosa, we spent months rigorously investigating and testing suppliers for quality and traceability.
