Vertosa was founded in 2018 by Dr. Harold Han and Ben Larson, starting in a closet-sized lab built by hand. Since then, we have scale into multiple cGMP-certified facilities across North America, serving brands in highly-regulated markets with consistent, compliant solutions. Yes, Vertosa offers toll processing services for your cannabinoids, including distillate, resin, and rosin. We can transform them into a water-stable emulsion, enabling seamless infusion into a variety of products.
Products infused with Vertosa emulsion typically see onset times within 5-15 minutes, depending on format. You can read more in our pharmacokinetic study we conducted here.

The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) legalized hemp federally. It defines hemp as any part of a Cannabis sativa L. plant with a concentration of <0.3% of D9-THC on a dry weight basis. Hemp-derived THC is obtained by chemically converting hemp or distilling its waste into THC, allowing for transportation of these “hemp-derived” products across state lines and for production in a much wider selection of markets than traditional, regulated cannabis.
The safety of hemp-derived THC products is dependent on many factors and the purity of inputs can range widely. This is why it’s important to choose a trustworthy partner and supplier.
